Individual consultation: Body composition analysis & nutritional consultation (20-30 minutes).

In 20-30 minutes you will gain clear insight into your body composition and concrete guidance on how to use this data when adjusting meals, portions and food choices.

The analysis is performed with the ACCUNIQ BC380 medical bioimpedance scale, which enables accurate assessment of:

• muscle mass,

• body and visceral fat,

• basal metabolism,

• body water,

• metabolic age and other key indicators.

Immediately after the measurement, a brief nutritional consultation follows, focused on specific dietary adjustments.

Price: 45 EUR/participant

Duration: 20 - 30 minutes

The appointment is reserved upon payment of the pro forma invoice.

The consultation is led by Dr. Maja Berlic, PhD, with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition and the impact of nutrition on health.
