1. General provisions
These general terms and conditions set out the rights and obligations of users of the website hflinstitute.eu and of the provider HFL Institute, Centre for children's nutrition, dr. Maja Berlic s.p., Gallusovo nabrežje 39, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, VAT no.: SI69410666.
By using the website and submitting a registration or order, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

2. Offer and purpose of the website
The website enables registration for professional events, seminars and workshops, purchase of paid education programmes or consulting services, and access to free content and updates.
All information on the website is for informational purposes and may be changed without prior notice.
3. Registrations and orders
Registration for an event or an order for a service is made by completing the online form.
The user must provide accurate and complete information. After submission, they will receive an email confirmation and, where necessary, payment instructions.
Registration becomes valid upon confirmation by the provider or, for paid events, upon receipt of payment.
4. Prices and payment terms
Prices are in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT, as the provider is not a VAT payer pursuant to Article 94(1) of the Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1).
Payment is possible by bank transfer (UPN/QR) or by agreement.
An invoice in electronic form is sent to the email address provided at registration.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation without charge is possible up to 3 working days before the start of the event.
For later cancellations or non-attendance, the provider reserves the right to charge 100% of the registration fee, except in cases of force majeure.
In the event of a change to the programme, date or cancellation by the provider, the amount paid will be refunded or transferred to another date.
6. Copyright
All content on the website, including texts, images, materials and logos, is protected by copyright and is the property of HFL Institute or its contractual partners. Reproduction or use of content for commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent.
7. Personal data protection
HFL Institute processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR, ZVOP-2). Data collected via online forms is used exclusively for the purpose of processing registrations, issuing invoices and communicating about content to which the user has subscribed.

8. Liability
The provider strives for accuracy and timeliness of information but does not accept liability for any typographical errors, technical disruptions or temporary unavailability of the website. Use of the website is at the user's own risk.
9. Dispute resolution
The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the District Court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.
